Victoria's Lace - Returns Policy

Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase order within seven days of receipt by the appropriate addressee, of products sold under our agreement with you. These are the terms that apply:-

You must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days of your receipt of Goods for which this regulation applies; In any event, you may not cancel orders for personalised or specially commissioned goods;

The Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of your telling us you wish to cancel:
with both goods and all packaging (where applicable) in their original condition securely wrapped; including our retail invoice (or copy thereof) at your risk and cost.

 

After we have received the returned Goods, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.

We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.
1 Please note. If the product is not in a resalable condition then we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will have to send the product back to you, and you will have to incur the cost of the return delivery.

2 It is recommended that - for your own protection - you should send the products back to us using recorded delivery, so that you have proof of delivery. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products

Faulty or wrong item
If the item you received is defective or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail sales@victoriacartlidge.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for the problem, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Please note: if we have used the spelling you have sent us for personalised items, we cannot be held responsible for misspellings, so please be SURE of the spelling before you order and check the spelling on your order before you send it. Please let us know immediately you realise you have made an error as we do the embroidery as the last component, so it may not be too late.
